  • Screen each pre qualified applicant with a leading National screening company. Includes credit scores, income verification, rental history, background & felony searches.
  • Set Income standards to ensure tenants ability to pay.  Standard is 3X the rent amount.  We do not accept co-signers without Owner approval.
  • Rigorous move in / move out inspections, plus bi-annual walk throughs and random drive bys to ensure your property remains in good condition.
  • Collection of rents, late fees, all accounting through state of the art online book keeping program.  Accessible by owners, tenants, and vendors through private portals, keeping you up to date on all aspects of the management of your property.
  • Service ALL violation notices such as Pay or Vacate, Comply or Vacate, Eviction, Lease Termination etc.
  • Extensive database of experienced, licensed, bonded, dependable Service Vendors, whether Handyman Services or Trade Contractors.
  • When the time comes to sell, we offer our Real Estate Services.  Who better to price & sell your property than someone who already knows it inside and out?
  • Attorney on retainer for legal advice and discounted cost of services
  • Dedicated Property Manager oversees the whole process, supervising staff, setting up new property for rent after preparing the home for market, writes management contracts.
  • Secondary Experienced Property Manager making sure all legalities are observed and nothing is missed.  Excellent negotiator for conflict resolutions.
  • Dedicated Placement Specialist - screens applicants, shows properties, takes applications and writes tenant leases.
  • Dedicated Maintenance Coordinator - takes care of work orders, liaises between Owners, Tenants and Vendors.
